Conventioneering again! Conversation 2023
I am, once again, swimming in a pool of my people. EasterCon 2023 is being held in Birmingham from tomorrow and I shall be selling my jewellery and running a silver clay workshop over the long Easter weekend. It is one of the longest running science fiction conventions and is still fan run, not for profit and predominantly a literary con. If you want a ton of manga, Marvel and Mandalorian merchandise, don't come here. But, if you want to meet the writers, artists, players and dreamers, the makers and thinkers, the science fans and the readers, then make your way to the convention no matter who you are and be welcome!
