Classes and Courses - or, where do I start?

If you are just starting out then it's easy to get a bit confused about which route is best for you.   

Classes 

 

If you prefer to start small and take it in stages then classes are probably the right thing for you.  

Classes are individual sessions which are short and either one day or half a day long.  One day classes will include lunch, biscuits and a selection of teas or coffee.
